I am sure this is an oversight, but perhaps Alchemy kits, Herbalists Kits, and oil flasks, could be added to the Mur shops?

Not sure about herbalist kits, but oil flasks make a lot of sense for a place providing goods for bounty hunters likely to spend a lot of time out in the caves. And the arcanist sells alchemical reagents yet not kits.

Mur does have these things! Especially herbs by the barrel even!
