The following is posted liberally within various abandoned buildings in Upper, such as Blazon's Tailoring, the Rare Bookshop, and the Arena, and handed out to Lower refugees by orphan children who were hired by a dashing older gentleman with a magnificently braided beard.

Orphan children are payed to discretely post these in abandoned buildings and quiet alley ways in Old Sanctuary.

All these posters are removed from Upper Sanctuary by irritated Agents. Children caught distributing posters are seen being abducted from the streets.
