I logged in today with a character to find that all of their inventory items were missing save the character token, pvp tool, and all of the items in hand/on body that were on when I last played.

Last night during some big DM event, there was a crash, and I was down in the sewers talking to some other characters. I did not log back in because I had other things to do. I log back in tonight and poof, all items gone. No message showing them being stripped, and I didn't do anything out of the ordinary last night while in the sewers. I wasn't even in combat.

I have no idea what caused this and was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. Also wanted to give a heads up for people to watch for it with future crashes.

I am totally puzzled by this. When you logged on, did it say "Lost Item: ..." for all of your items, or were they simply not there?

Maybe he's marked as 'Dead', it happened to me before. It will make you lose everything. You just need to die properly and be brought back, fixes it all.

No, no messages like 'lost item: whatever' or anything like that. Logged in, completely cleared inventory. Thanks to the DM (NuclearCatas?) who helped Praet out by giving back some of the main gear.

I suspect this may be yet another aspect of the bug that Howland posted.
