I would like to offer my condolences to you for the way our previous relationship was so harshly severed by the enthralled Sheriff Azzam. As we once pledged to aid one another, I would like to renew that pledge.

I am now the commander of the Sovereign Host. I am sure you have seen the proclamations around the city, and know of our intentions. I am formally asking you to pledge to our cause, to remain neutral and battle against the true threat to Sanctuary, the Chosen.

Our city is in dire circumstances. The Host seeks to bring about an end to this war, but first we must focus on the greater threat. Pledge yourself to the Host, and when the time comes to rebuild our city, your commitment to us will not be forgotten.

Additionally, should you accept, I would ask that you sit upon the Host's Council and advise my actions as Commander.

We are reaching out to you, and asking that you pledge your loyalty to the Host. The Host is neutral in this civil war, so you need not fear retribution from either side. Our focus is upon the Chosen at the moment, who are preparing to launch an assault against the Upper Ward and Residential District. You are in great danger. While the two warring factions battle amongst themselves the Host will deal with the true threat.

Yet, to ensure our victory, we require allies. Pledge your loyalty to the Host, and when the time comes to rebuild our city, your commitment to us will not be forgotten.

Long have you stood for Sanctuary even as she changed. Now, she is broken as if she were a shattered rock. I have long held respect for Grumbar and held him in high esteem. The Host mirrors these feelings.

Much has changed in our city, and we are on the verge of losing it all. The Chosen are mounting an attack upon the Upper Ward, and your shrine will certainly fall if it is not stopped.

As the two sides battle amongst themselves for scraps of territory, the Host pushes forward to do battle with the true threat. We would be proud to count Grumbar and his servants as loyal allies to the Host. Pledge to our cause, and we will do all that we can to protect you. When all of this chaos ends, and order returns to the city, your loyalty shall not be forgotten.

We have long been allies, and have long seen eye to eye on the aberrant threat. Our feelings were confirmed when it was revealed that Sheriff Azzam and many Watchmen were enthralled. If they had listened sooner then all of this may have been avoidable.

I ask you to join with me. This civil war is a distraction, the Chosen are mounting an attack upon the Upper Ward and will soon overrun it. The Appetite will soon emerge and devour all who reside within the city. The Host is focused upon this threat.

I ask that you pledge your loyalty to the Host. Pledge to our cause, and when it is over and order restored to the city, the Host will not forget your loyalty. I will diligently work to see that the Society is placed among the cities defenders, and work to see that the Society is given free reign to hunt aberrations wherever they made hide within our city. If such was done before, much of this may have been avoidable. We can work together to ensure that it does not happen again.

Since my arrival in the city over five years ago I have pledged my loyalty to Helm. I gave the oath that you gave, to protect its people no matter the cost, to defend the city no matter the risk. Now is the time for us to make good on that oath.

Sanctuary is in great danger. The Chosen are preparing an assault on the Upper Ward, and the being known as the Appetite is preparing to devour us all. The city has been driven into civil war, and neither side is focused on the true threat. The Sovereign Host has pledged to do this. I am sure you have seen the proclamations.

Verra Peace, Shieldmaiden of Helm, has pledged her loyalty to the Host and now sits upon the Council. I ask that you join her. Pledge your loyalty to the Host, help us defeat the Chosen and restore order to the city.

As you no doubt have noticed the Host has received public acceptance of our neutrality by the regime, and it is certain that the rebels will soon follow.

In my private correspondences with Lieutenant Dentra he has promised me that those who pledge to the Host, and put their resources to bare against the Chosen will not be conscripted.

This civil war is folly, and will only lead to the destruction of everything you've worked to build for yourselves. The Chosen will soon assault the city and the city is too weak to hold them back. The Sovereign Host is the only salvation this city has against this threat.
