Egon Rosenqvist,
It pleases all of the Host that you offer your aid. If more citizens were like yourself, Sanctuary would be a peaceful and prosperous place indeed.
We require other materials that have not been publicly announced. We need to gather twenty flasks of acid, alchemists fire and choking powder. We'll also need one or two bags of evokers clubmoss, ichor, fragrant essence, and at least ten bubbleberries. We require all of these things and at least twenty silver weapons. After we have these things we will capture at least five living Chosen to test our weapon to ensure that it will do the necessary job.
We are currently based out of Fort Mur. While this location is undesirable, it is the closest safe neutral ground that could be located near Sanctuary. The Duegar here will not cause you harm so long as you do nothing to cause trouble, as the Host brings patronage and coins to their merchants in the Fort. It is our hope that we will soon be able to establish ourselves within a neutral area of the city without having to worry about an assault from either side forcing our hand one way or another. Our neutrality is highly prized, but we make clear - assaulting or causing harm to a member of the Host will invite swift retribution. It matters not who does it, what side they pledge to, or where they attempt to hide. We will simply not tolerate it.
All that being said, you can easily get to Fort Mur by making your way to Port Claw. To get there go through the abandoned mine outside of Sanctuary, and make your way east (right) along the shores of the Dark Lake. You will come to an area that seems to be a dead end, but if you look around you'll find a hidden passage that will allow you access to Port Claw. From there, you may speak with one of the Boat Kobolds, and for a small fee of just over 100 coins, you'll be transported to Fort Mur.
Additionally, there may still be someone willing to transport you to Mur from the Sanctuary Canal District, currently being occupied by the Shadow Tribe. Though, I should point out, I have not confirmed that this is still possible as some Chosen have been assaulting the Canal Ward.
Finally, to return to Sanctuary you will be able to speak to several dock hands at Fort Mur and they'll take you back for a small fee. This is much safer than taking the low road, and in truth it may also be less expensive depending on what dangers you could encounter on the road and the supplies you use.
Either way, we'll await your arrival. Again, we thank you for your pledge of aid.
Respectfully Signed,
Kedrick Reynolds
Commander of the Sovereign Host
