No more councillors, no more trials. Those who enforce the law in Sanctuary can do whatever they want to you. If you have something they like, they can take it. If you say something they don't like, they can kill you. This is now the risk of living in Upper.

Those who oppose them carry the weight of constant skirmishes with Chosen, Underdark beasts, and animatrons. Their discipline is a rigid and military one, their will ruthless, their cause focused. They are impoverished, hungry, and constantly on the run.

There is an alternative for those able to survive outside the city walls. It is to join me and make gold and glory through battle. It is to carve your fortune in battle against Underdark creatures, to stalk them as they once stalked you. To become a mercenary in service to Yourself, to Your goals, for Your profit. Whether you wish to set yourself up in a wealthy manor of Upper, find the way to the Surface, or feed the needy of Lower, or whatever else you may intend.

If you want no part of either stifling and tyrannical despotism or of a desperate struggle against it, then join me and we will pursue a better path.
