I see no profit in the actions of the spellguard and Watch, I see only tyranny, control, and lack of free market. If you can prove that the citizens of Sanctuary, and my coin purse, can benefit, do explain. I have 13 employees to bring to bear on this situation, and everyone able to think, reason, and use there judgment to best effect.
