Blue Mushroom inn quest

Ok not sure if this has been mentioned before and I realize the main purpose of this quest is to get people out and about around the server but making the trade goods incredibly heavy slows it down amazingly. As well the reward seems to be a little skimpy for all that is involved in the quest. It is also not entirley without danger since in the abandoned mines are filled with rats and goblins...

Just my thoughts.

The reward, IMO, is extremely nice - 150 gold for a delivery? That's positively kickass, especially since you can do the Gruhnstubble package quest on the way and net yourself another 50. If anything, the reward is kind of high. And the only danger would be if you get real unlucky with the rolls against the rats/bats that aren't avoidable. Well, that, and killing one of them while team nature is watching.

If your character isn't combat oriented try going with a friend.

I was going but he had to log out going back. Not sure if I agree the reward is high since you have to beg for directions to find the place and it takes literaly an hour of real time to walk there due to the size of the package. I was lucky enough to find a higher level warrior who could carry my package and show me the way (thank you figgy!). Otherwise I'm not sure I would have found it ever the number of secret doors you have to use are amazing, and if you don't know where to go in the abandoned mines running into a mob of 6-8 rats with a few goblins is almost guaranteed. I was playing a rouge and hadn't bought armor yet and ended up dieing very quickly. Was right before the server crashed so not sure if that had anything to do with it or not (turned out to be a blessing in disquise since it gave a good way to Permadeath a poorly planned character).

I'm not saying the money should be increased, it is certinly a lot of money compared to the other dilevary quests (as it should be) but adding 50-100 points of exp would be very helpful to my mind.

Again all this is my opinon and may be completly off base. It did provide several good opportunites for roleplaying and helped introduce me to several older characters.

Zaldar It did provide several good opportunites for roleplaying and helped introduce me to several older characters.

I think this speaks for itself, its a good way to get introduced to the Game-world, it also gets you out and about and exploring, too!

I've always thought that was a good reward. It's pretty much free xp as long as you don't mind taking a little time to do it.

This quest is well worth doing as it is.

Any higher and the reward would simply be ridiculous!

I'm always sad when I hit level 5, since my money-flow starts to come to a halt. Damn level restrictions on that quest.

withdrawn seems I was incorrect.
