This contract is signed by Sir Ebon Greyhawk, and witnessed by Throl and Quintus.
The Merchant Greyhawk will exchange the Brewer Tasmar with the three pieces of merchandise he wished, in return, The Brewer Tasmar will sell his potions at reduced prices to House Greyhawk Employees (For example second circle being 85 coins respectively.) A comprehensive list of said employees will be sent to the brewer. In return, he will supply Sir Ebon Greyhawk with a list of his potion prices. Should he refuse to sell at the agreed price this contract is now null, and he shall return the items bestowed upon him.
Should the latter terms not be met, this shall be taken to civil court.
