The Sanctuary Below has fallen. Yes, you may buy time for people to live out their last moments in relative safety, but if the Chosen decide to attack your last fastness, you will all be butchered like so many before you.

If you want to avenge your fallen friends and comrades, strike at the Chosen at their source. Where they breed, where their young grow up. If there is no such place, then strike at their leaders, strike at the very core of their being.

If you try to take them all on, they will overpower you through attrition. Don't give them the chance.

Concerned person,

We know that we can't fight them head on forever, but if we can, it shows something. Don't think our only plan is to fight them head on. We're not stupid as the sterotype places us. We know when to fight, and when to do a fighting retreat to get the civilians out of there.

But if you wish to offer stratigic insight, by all means you may. But we won't be disuaded.
