I understand a contact of mine had spoken to you about the purchase of a boat and moorings in the Canal Ward, from which a business would potentially be run.

Whilst i still need to gain acceptance from my own employer i was interested to know, that if such was purchased and moored, would the interior be the realm and soul jurisdiction of my employer, just as his present premises are?

Knowing that within the vessel he is still in charge will be important, though as i say he is still to give a final verdict on if he wishes to proceed.

Further to my last message. My Employer has expressed some interest in a boat as a bar moored in the Canal. If this is achieveable by you could you let me know the details so that i can pass on said information.

I have property in mind which I think you'd find suitable. If Cyrus wishes to purchase it, I believe it can be acquired from the Shadow Death if some manner of fitting tribute was offered, be it in gold coins or otherwise.

As for the boat, I cannot be of as much help to you. I would suggest you speak with Wally the shipwright for that.
