Mr. Rosenqvist,
My deep apologies for being unable to attend the meeting I arranged for us-- but with a gaping hole just now being repaired and all the fuss caused by the thralls yesterday, I hope that you understand that I was needed elsewhere.
The business to be attended is the procurement of both land and seed. I can ensure both happen, financially and legally without a problem. My concern is exactly where we'll put the bloody thing. Before I dispatch letters of request to the powers of Sanctuary, I'd like to get some insight from you. Obviously, the Canal Ward region is no longer a viable option, so I'll have to turn elsewhere.
If you have any druidic friends, please invite them along for when we meet. Given my connections with the city and prior employment with the Spellguard, they sometimes have misgivings about working with me based on their prejudices. I have seen no sign of Sabah, but if she is still alive and well, I would prefer her attendance over the others, as I have some information pointing towards an increase in hostilities between the druids and the city. Again, their misjudgement may lead to sabotage, even with such a passive and ultimately benevolent activity as farming. Thus, I hope my point is made-- speak of this project to the druids only vaguely, for the safety of the project and Sanctuary's future.
I hope to see you soon and do not forget to vote.

Ah, well I'm afraid there's been a rather major setback in contacting those druids. All of that Circle are either dead or missing. The man known as Lakewalker's head adorns the gate at the behest of some Watchman. Sabah fell against Beholders and could not be raised. Their Guardian, Hafur, was slain in a fight with Ghyrrt. Kal the hin has been missing for several tendays, and I assume the worst. They can neither help nor sabotage such an endeavour.
I know only of one other, a halfling I met recently. She assisted my efforts to harvest alchemical supplies, and may be helpful.
Furthermore, the grey dwarf who farms mushrooms by the Dark Lake may be useful to consult on this as a last resort if paid. The Greys do seem a mercenary sort.
As for a location, Chamberlain Crowshire suggested an unused building. Alternatively, there's an abandoned, hidden cavern in the Dunwarren district that may be a suitable environment. Failing that, perhaps one of the caves within the city?
I'll try and meet you soon, Councillor.

//OOC: None of those areas will take plants, so we'd have to ask a DM to add the ability to the area, and possibly RP getting soil or bare rock down. As for the caves, I mean one of the "cave entrances" that lead nowhere, if we could app for a location to go behind them.

[a freshly copied book is sent to Egon Rosenqvist, with a short note within the cover]
Farmers on the surface don't need druids, and neither do we. Do not be slowed by the unfortunate loss of Sabah or the rest-- we can and will achieve our goal. This book will help us.Dentra
