I posted a flyer asking to buy the Dunwarren Temple Key, and yesterday, someone helpfully informed me that it disappears on reset, which confused me.

He said that he heard the intention was to stop people using the Temple as a standard repeatable quest, but "expires on reset" makes no IG sense. Having it destroyed on use so when you open the door or enter the temple it breaks in the lock, sure. but a key that goes mouldy?

At the least, could it have an OOC note added to say "this item expires on reset" or an IC bit of the description saying. "it looks rusty and you're not sure for how much longer it will stay together"
