Because of the downfall of lower Sanctuary needs to have some new suggestions the DMs might like. The following things below I have to suggest.

1. We need a new metal worker maybe a dwarf blacksmith or something. 2. Some new quests 3. A new place to find the medicine lady 4. Some new area for the players who used to play in lower.

- I would think this could be a little DM quest or something, "rescue Harrison and the medicine lady from the market in lower..." That makes it an IG event that causes them to move to upper and they could set up shop in the market.

A great idea but what about the players who are not able to be in upper? The more monstrous races like the ones that have to be in lower what happens to them? If they go and have the place where they do quests taken how do they do newbie quests without dieing!? It might be good for the dms to also make a new area for the monstrous players. Adding a new area for quests and also some new upgrades in upper are good.

I think the fact that someone like Harrison resides in Lower, which is currently invaded by Chosen, should definitely impact the supply and economy of Upper. I do not believe a quick fix added NPC to replace this loss would be characteristic of the EFU experience.

The Chosen have invaded Lower, and a consequence of this is the loss of supply travel. If there were to be an attempt at someone taking up the slack or the lost material and merchandise, definitely something to be worked for in game.

The same goes for the medicine lady. These NPCs have reacted in a manner very fitting to their location and situation. They do not need to be replaced, and if we are talking about rescuing...we can just start killing Chosen.

I do not believe new areas are needed, just that if people want them then we have to fight for them.
