Warriors, I'm Mandarin Dreagle. Some of you know me and what I represent. You're efforts are wasted in Sanctuary, and as you know I'm not an isolationist. Now I'm on the Council, I'd like to know how your skills and talents can be better utilized than by patrolling the slums of this city.

In addition to that, I'd like to know any information you have about various street gangs down in Lower. Their numbers, their turf, and who their leaders are. Information on crimes these gangs have committed is especially helpful.

This information will be integral to a proposition I intend to make to the Council which will reshape your roll in the city. If I do not recieve an answer, I will be forced to come to the conclusion that the Tigereyes do not wish any roll in this city.

Let me first congradulate you on your recent victory at the polls. I believe some time ago we met in passing outside the Rock Bottom. I think we both had duties to tend to at the time, so we didnt get a chance to explore your thoughts. I am interested to hear what it is you have planned for our organzation. I would imagine what ever it is, that it would require an amendment to our contract. I am more than willing to hear your thoughts, as I sugested at our brief conversation.
