With the destruction of lower, I am all for more quests being added to the Upper section of the city. Over half the servers lowbie quests were wiped out ((Or are now very hard to get to!)) in one sweep.

A wizard needs help collecting some ingredients about the underdark ((a 2-6 quest, similar to Grizabella's herb quest)) A random item.

If anything, more quests should involve going into lower. Maybe a scouting mission on chosen activity, looking for survivors, giving relief supplies etc etc.

The majority of the quest in lower are still accessible and can be done without doing a stride in the streets (which should be fairly deadly and avoided).

Since the Tunnels are now th only safe way of getting around, if I get maps produced IG, can I arrange with the DMs to have Cyrus sell them? That would mean newbies wouldn't be popping out ladders with non-stealth chars and getting ganked.
