Do you propose to just defend lower from chosen or organize some form of rules or laws in lower? I am all sponsoring of bringing lower out of lawless anarchy. Leave word for Silline at the stand.

Like I said, there's no piking chance of enforcing laws in Lower with all the chaos. The big thing is to keep the Chosen off the streets. Trying to act as lawmen too is just going to make the Sentries targets of every two-coin gang in the damn place, and I'm not after a fight on two sides at once.

It's bound to help order though, if the ratmen aren't roaming around killing on most days. I'd have no problem with someone trying to establish some sort of law, but right now, my idea is strictly defensive, like.
