I, Tobias Barnett, happen to be a member of a recently founded club of Artist's here in the Sanctuary and we noticed that you are currently renting a house. This is something our group's been looking for, an official place to form our headquarters in, and possibly even a small inn in the future depending on how things go.

We'd like to know whether you're still renting this house, and the price you're asking. A reply can be left to me at the Rock Bottom inn. A meeting can also be arranged if necessary.
