This fortress has been allowed to ooze evil and lawlessness for the past 150 years. No more. No lawless group, whether they be undead cultist, or Zhentarim, or gang, shall take control of territory in Lower and gain a foothold. Our city must preserve itself if we are to fight our enemies. Our city must stand united against the numerous and incalculable threats of those we cannot understand.

Cease your land squabbles. Cease working with monsters and other unforgivable creatures. We must move against the unknown threats instead of playing swordsman against each other to try and gain a name for yourself by dipping into the dark arts.

Our city has been attacked by the psionic arts. We must move together to stop that from occuring again, instead of weaking ourselves by dabbling with demons and drow.
