I used the auto-patch command on the game-disc exe menu, and after a short trip to internet-land i've a message saying there's no updates for my game (i'm on 1.68......whatever, french version).

Anything suggestions to what i should try?

The patch is only for the english verison at the moment. Not sure if that will have a impact or anything though

Figures. Won't be seeing me around till translation i guess, except if i get my hands on an english game.

Bioware are calling out for translators though, so if you want to get in game quicker and earn some community priestge. Go check the patch site regarding it.

Double check the patch site anyway. Pretty sure there is a workaround for non english games.

All you have to do in order to be able to patch to 1.69 is to replace your French dialog.tlk file with an English one. You can download it here.

However, it will replace all written text in the game to English. If you want to keep it Frensh, you should make a copy of your old dialog.tlk file, replace it with the new one, patch and put the old one back.

If you go through with this, the patch you will have to install is the 1.69 critical rebuild, which you can get here. I'm fairly certain that patching with nwupdate.exe won't work in that case.
