They're still selling for 30.5 pounds in the Gambling Hall. I'm assuming its a bug since its said the weight was being lowered. You've got to adjust it in the shop though if you do the blue print adjustment. Shops save all the blue prints in them unique to themselves.

I just checked and I'm pretty sure this is fixed.
