This is but a taste of what is to come for those who dare oppose The Watch and The Spellguard. I will collect from you all fitting recompense for your crimes - as the former owner of this now knows all too well. Do not think you can hide in your hovel below, behind your unsigned notices. The Board upon which the hand is nailed spans a good two feet - apparently there is plenty more room for additions

Upon the board, beside the hand is hung the ghastly head of a Drow male. Its features contorted in death, with its neck having been savagely hacked in twain by an axe. Under Alejandro's original notice, another short statement is posted.

The presence of Drow will not be tolerated in Lower Sanctuary by the Watch and the Spellguard. While the people of Lower may be complacent enough to accept a Drow in their midst, and allow them to conspire against the people of Sanctuary; it will not be tolerated by us. To those who would conspire with the Drow in the future, rather than doing the obvious, be warned.
