Private Alejandro Coronando of the Watch. He's murdered an unarmed lass called Corrine, slit her throat her in cold blood when she'd already sheathed her weapon. All she'd done was criticise the Watch's behaviour.

Lass was raised from her untimely death by a goodly Dwarf, who'd the guts not to stand for such thuggery. Coronado then beat the hells out of Corrine before arresting her for not following Watch orders. Orders to what? Remain dead?

Until this loony's booted from the Watch, consider Upper to be stalked by a bloodlusting killer, and be on your guards, lads!

The Spellguard in general managed to apologize for the spider that killed many in Lower without making it seem like it was their fault at all. Too bad there are still people about who remember what happened and will, like incessant and unswattable flies, continually buzz about droning out reminders. -The spellguard Spider killed civilians -The spellguard Spider killed Rinaldo Montezzi because the Spellguard were too pathetic and cowardly to face him themselves -The spellguard could not catch a single goblin named Ghyrrt. Earlier, Private Alejandro of the Watch bested me in the tunnels and took my left hand, in addition to some very valuable possessions.

He did this because the Gust of Wind I summoned knocked me over while he resisted it. Funny, funny!

However that isn't the point.

The point is that Private Alejandro, and other Watchman, are coming into Lower. They see this as Their roaming grounds now. You brought this on yourself Lower! You brought this on yourself in your apathy, and when Lower is nothing more than a miserable adjunct territory paying taxes to Upper and with Watchmen doing as they like here, you'll have only yourself to blame. BECAUSE YOU ALL DID NOTHING.
