I was informed by Associate Lieutenant Malchenko that Associate Ambermane was last seen on an expedition against Duergar that you were organizing. He has not reported in since. Did anything happen to him on this expedition?

Associate Vincent Ambermane survived the expedition, and was the rock upon which our entire group leaned. We shared the findings in the Last Stand, and after which he and I both witnessed a duel in the School of War, which I left earlier than him.

I could not say where he has ended up, but do inform me if it turns out that anything has happened to him. He is a good friend.
