Privates and Officers of the Watch,

I write to you today of a distressing incident that occurred within your own Watch House. Agent Sigarna and myself were on our way to the Watch House through the rapid transit doors to report to Sheriff Azzam on the current status of enthrallment within the Watch when we saw a suspicious man entering the Officer quarters.

We followed him within, under the cover of invisibility, and found him entering the Lieutenant Corridor.

We revealed ourselves and attempted to arrest him. Sergeant Maharet came around the corner, and spotted him at this time. While I do not know Lieutenant Reynolds enough to identify him by voice alone, and since this man was disguised, I can't be certain if it truly was Lieutenant Reynolds. Sergeant Maharet, may have a better idea of his identity.

The man downed a potion of invisibility and retreat and fled out of the Officer Quarters through the rapid transit door and out the front gates of the city. We were unable to apprehend him in time. We reported the sighting to Lieutenant Delorme, but since the Lieutenant or any of the other guards were unable to see him, and did not activate their amulets in time, we were unable to do anything.

Be on the lookout for any other break-ins to the Watch House. It is quite possible that next time, he will send a proxy in his place.
