*A young man, no older then 25 years of age, is seen by the residents old Sanctuary, giving a speech to the public in the Town Hall. Within the speech, the young man relays the inherent weaknesses of humans without commitment to goodly faith. At the end of the speech, Jovua places a transcript inside the Town Hall*

Citizens of Sanctuary!

Long ago, when I was but an adolescent, I, Jovua Uson, was fortunate enough to have had devote folks of Tyr take me in and away from the ills of Society. If it was not for their intervention, I am confident I would have succumbed to the persistent dark lure of lawlessness and hate that is commonly found in all parts of Sanctuary.

As a third generation citizen of Sanctuary, I have seen my share of loss and grief. I have seen lawlessness and murder take family and friends away from me. I have seen and felt the seductive lure of evil darkness that blankets us within the city. I have seen men and women fall to the ill teachings of false gods or deities of murder and destruction. I am here to tell you what my conscious demands. Humans are inherently weak and easily lured to ill acts and false goods if they do not maintain their religious teachings and commitment to goodly faith of Tyr. Evil and vile darkness plots within this city to take our life, and own your soul!

I tell you all…the time is now to return to the tenets of your faith! Forsake the lure of the darkness that surrounds us! Recommit yourself to the ways of Tyr and the Triad! Lend assistance where you can to strengthen your faith within the city of Sanctuary! Assist Law Enforcement with the crimes and ills you see in and around Sanctuary. Shed light on cretins that plan ill acts within the shadows of our city! Do this before it is too late…
