It is my regret to report to you that private Alejandro came to us to pick a fight at Last Stand Inn this dark. He openly and unprovoked called House Archibald members "animals", and by continuing this line of action he got one member to duel him at arena. A duel that he won and claimed the cloak of Thadeus as his "reward". While duel itself is not unlawful, his behavior that lead to this was not what we expect from the watch.
This sort of behavior is unacceptable for a members of watch in uniform. I presume his behaviour is not the stand of the Watch, even if he did wear watch colours... They insult name of House Archibald by insulting members of our house. House Archibald expect that to have this man to apologies to the House and the members he insulted.
