The first one that comes to mind is:
How do we measure the passing of time?
There is no daylight, so there is not "today evening" and no "tomorrow dawn".
At Menzoberranzan they have Narbondel to measure time, but out of it, how is the passing of days measured?
By sleep cycles?

How cool would it be if a DM popped up with the answer: "You don't!"
No measurement of time! Awesome!

I read somewhere that there is some speciall and sligthly different way of measuring time in the underdark. I suppose someone else could give a clear answer?
(Or perhaps you just watch the mushrooms grow.)

As per Skullport - There's a big freaking Clock that keeps time and everyone takes that to be "The time".
Would be cool if we could have something like that in Sanctuary. Maybe the council should commission some of Gond's faithful to make one.

There are several ways of measuring time without the availability of sunlight. Sanctuary has adopted some of these methods. Other ways may be discovered and introduced into the setting by player characters.
