My name is Saman Lannarlson, and I do hope I can help you. As the watch faces daily toiling and conflict in this harsh community, I feel it is my duty to give back.
I would hope to have your permission to orchestrate a social function, with the purpose of raising funding for both your Order and the Spellguard, as much is placed by your members for the lives of thsoe, often thankless, citizens of this city.
