This same letter is delivered to the Shifting Caverns, Hall of the Seekers, Temple of Tyr in New Dunwarren, Society Chapterhouse, and the Watch House. To all whom it may concern,

It was brought to my attention today by a Lowersman, at the In-Between that the goblin known as Ghyrrt, and a tall, scarred man with many piercings and a double sword; have brutally slaughtered every infected man, woman, and child in the quarantine warehouse, save one man.

One man managed to escape from the slaughter. He is now in hiding, but I will not relate where through this letter.

The events he described are as follows:

The goblin, and man described above entered the warehouse. They stated that it is better that all within suffer a quick death, rather than a slow, agonizing one. One man attempted to run, and was slain by a single swing of Ghyrrt's Warhammer. The other man began to shout, 'Praise Moander' to the crowd. All of the crowd began to praise him, in fear of their lives.

The man I describe began to try to usher the children around a corner, in an attempt to hide them from the goblin, but Ghyrrt read from a scroll, and incinerated the children within a fireball. The man in question had a potion of invisibility ready, and several of escaping. He managed to get away with his life, but only barely, as Ghyrrt had thrown several tanglefoot bags at him.

Everyone else within the warehouse was slaughtered, as the man snuck back, he caught a glimpse of them taking the bodies out of the Warehouse to the Sewers, presumably to dump them.

It was recently revealed to us as well, by his former retainer Winnie the Pink, that he is a willing thrall of Intryzz. While some of his acts, are indeed inspired by the Illithid, one should not interpret all of his acts as the will of his master. To the more liberal groups I write to who might have sympathy to him, as a thrall, don't. He is not an innocent victim.

I write to you, so that this atrocity might be added to the list of the Goblin's numerous crimes. To those who have not already taken action against the goblin. Now is the time, before another tragedy of this magnitude occurs.

The other man who took part within this brutal massacre should be identified, and punished as well.

Due to the uncanny timing of the recent appearance of the plague in New Dunwarren and the Residential District, I would say that it is a rather safe assumption as to where the bodies of the slain were dumped by Ghyrrt and his Moanderite friend.
