I believe the inability for paladins to level past 4 is because I disabled the Summon Mount feat, which is given to paladins at level 5. I have re-enabled default paladin feats table. Following the next server reset, you should be able to level up.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This means you will have the Summon Mount feat. You are not to use this feat. If you think it's funny to summon horses in the Underdark, you can play somewhere else, because you won't be playing here. [/powertrip]
