I believe that I found a bug or glitch.

My character (Ahaz Daergal: Gnome Barbarian Lvl 4th) has not been able to respawn no matter what I try.

I have chosen all 3 options and each and every time I get the same message. "The person carrying your corpse is transitioning. Please wait and try again." And I have tested this over 3 or 4 days at different times! Including just before making this post.

At this point it seems a mute point as I know for a fact that the stuff that I dropped on death is long gone. But it upsets me that I could not even get a chance to try to get it back.

Why am I not being allowed to return to the game with Ahaz??

I think the problem came in when you logged off before 'respawning'. That and who knows how many resets the server has had since then. (I'm guessing that your corpse does not even exist..)

Now this is just my guess, but by seeing the way the server works, and talking with a few "well versed" players, I'm fairly sure this is what happened.

Sorry to let this go unanswered for so long, DarqRaven. Unfortunately, you are likely experiencing a rare but known bug with the current death system. If you contact a DM in game (you can send a message with /dm), we can fix your respawn issue right away.

Thank you for answering thou. So it is a bug... thought so.

I will use the DM call next time I am on as Ahaz. Thanks again.
