Agent, my apologies for my severely late report you asked for.

Now to the purpose of this letter.

I wish to enforce the defenses of this great city. However, as you know, to do this would require help and it is my belief the Spellguard are a perfect choice. I am here to help defend our minds and city against aberrant scum. Here are the ideas that I've accumulated over time that I believe will help in this issue.

1. I wish to create some form of device which will help in defending the minds of all Sanctuary citizens. For us to survive aberrant attacks we must all have a strong or protected mind. To be blunt I have little idea how this will work, which is why I need your help.

2. Another device I wish to create is something similar to a device you have already. I wish to create some form of device which will automatically detect for any implants, I also wish to place this device at the Gates, along with all important facilities ((Such as the Spellguard Tower.))

3. The third device I wish to be created is some way of tracking aberrations. This involves a device to 'tag' them and another device which can help in locating them. This I believe will help in dealing with local nests of umber hulks and hook horrors.

These are all ideas and I have little idea the extent of machinery. If you have more suitable ideas to combat aberrations then I will help in which ever way I can.
