Haven't played in a few months, but I logged in last night (7.19.8) and gained enough xp to go from level four to level five. I play a Palladin of Torm named Karma Kelteel so it wasn't difficult to choose three skills and accept the level up. However, upon completing this process "level up" would appear over my in-game character as if the level-up had been executed, but nothing else would change. I went through this process a dozen times including efforts after Karma rested, logged out of efu, and turned off nwn but nothing worked. I don't play often but am considering doing so again. Please advise.

You didn't by any chance lose your paladin powers by breaching the code at any point did you? If so you can't advance in paladin levels anymore and that would explain that! Otherwise I have no idea what could be the issue!

Check over the above link and think hard about whether or not you stuck to that code. Really the only thing I could think of that could be the problem!

Could it be related to Paladins receiving the ability to summon a mount at level 5?

Could be actually! I did notice that new feat.

I know I've played in character Lawful Good without question. Have never had a DM issue. I do believe it is because of the mount that I my character cannot level, but wanted to get DM feedback.
