Wood elf favored class is listed as Ranger, but as a fighter/ranger I still get a 20 percent xp hit for unequal levels.

Subrace favored classes are not in. Only pure elf, so you need to be a wizard for it to take effect.
Wouldn't it be possible to put +20% on everything, just like you put -20% on all the exploration and quest exp?
Manipulating xp gain can be tricky I believe!
I played a wood elf for a long time. Wizard is still tagged as the favored class, just as trendymonster stated.

Ideally, we'd change the information to be mechanically correct, but then, ideally, all information like that would be presented in a way that would make it easier to review and change as needed.
