Letter to the Sanctuary Watch

Representative of the Sanctuary Watch,

The Sanctuary Library, with the interest of promoting learning and a positive image of Sanctuary's defense forces, wishes to set up an exhibit within the library on the Sslal'teesh war. The exhibit would feature relics recovered from the conflict (currently in possession of the Watch) and a history written in tandem by the Watch and Library detailing the events leading up to the war, and the heroic efforts of the Watch and Sanctuary's adventuring populace during the conflict. If the Watch as a whole, or a member of your ranks, is interested in working with me in this endeavour, please let me know, and we can sit down and discuss details in person.

With regards, Herschel Huygens, Curator of the Sanctuary Library

[a letter bearing the seal of the Sanctuary Watch is delivered to the Library]

Curator Huygens,

I am a young man, and was even younger during the invasion, though it will forever burn in my memory as the time and event that stole my family from me.

I will ask some of my older brothers in arms if they have anything to contribute and I myself will see what I can dredge up from our file when I am off duty for you.

Helm watch over you.
