Cooperate, and encourage cooperation between the Watch, the Seekers, the Associates, and the Order in bringing him down. Cooperating with Councilor Kainth Iltazyara might be prudent as well. This goblin is an embarassment, every single movement the vermin still lives. Again, keep in mind that Ghyrrt is extraordinarily well equipped, and resourceful. Extreme caution is advised in crushing him. Do not travel openly as an Associate while tracking him, for he is skilled in the shadows.

I fail to understand how you have connected Herschel Huygens to me. He is a friend of the Seekers and has only aided the Order on occasion, usually only when the cause of furthering knowledge at his library would occur. His murder, however, does sadden me greatly. The 'memo' you saw in relation to the Associates was posted after the bounty was placed upon your head by the Sheriff, so I fail to see how it is relevant, other than my asking the Associates to be wary about you, in regards to the bounty you placed on their heads.

I find it interesting to say the least, that you have removed the bounty upon all Spellguard Agents, Associates, and Aspirants, and instead have placed it upon myself, solely. This puzzles me. Did you not declare war upon the Order?

Since you removed it, I can only infer that Pyotr's personal vendetta against me from his trial is all that influences you then. As there is no other reason I can see, that you would want me dead, personally.

Let us speak in rational terms then.

If you will return to me Associate Priss' body or any part of it that remains, her Associate's key, and remove the Bounty on my head, and Councilor Dentra's, then I will have absolutely no reason to want you dead, any longer. I could care less about a goblin carving out his little empire in Lower Sanctuary, which we do not even want.

Associate Priss did nothing to you, other than remain loyal to the Order, and refuse to become your double agent.

I do not trust an illithid to act in good faith, even if the Sleeping Pyrimo is so called neutral ground. Do you have any idea how many citizens of Sanctuary he has enthralled on a whim? I have found several.

I will put this as delicately as possible.

I value my life, as much as you value yours. You have thus far shown that I cannot trust you, given that you have slain several Citizens which did not even have dealings with the Order out of mere suspicion.

I am willing to meet with you, but only if I have Upper Sanctuary at my back, while you have Lower Sanctuary at yours. There is no other way, that I can trust you to act in good faith.

If you wish to have diplomatic dealings with me, there must be trust involved. I have done absolutely nothing to you, other than prosecute Pyotr under orders of the Spellguard.
