A boy of about twelve years is lost somewhere in Sanctuary, most likely Lower. He has blond hair, is somewhat slender, and is a mite tall for his age. His name is Charlie. Any and all information regarding his whereabouts will be rewarded, and if he is brought safely to the School of War, a sum of one thousand golden coins will be paid.
