- People capable of thinking by themselves, who despise corruption and authoritarian ideologies and governments and are willing to act upon evidence of the existence and abuse coming from authorities.

- People who wish for rewarding lives and efforts, who would not refuse to work anonymously and with anonymous people to work towards a suitable end.
