It has recently been brought to my attention that the Tigereye company has had some interaction with a group of dissidents residing in the tunnels beneath the Lower Quarter. The Spellguard require any and all information the Tigereyes hold on these individuals.

Your inability to recognise the distinction between the words "tunnels" and "sewers" is, while hardly surprising, hardly fitting for a person in your position. Seeing that the Tigereyes make most of their deals and schemes within dank tunnels or stinking sewers like the rats you are. Now, if you would care to refrain from wasting my time further and answer the question I asked in my previous letter. There are individuals in the tunnels beneath the Lower Quarter which the Tigereyes are said to have interacted with on various occations in the past: I require and and all information on these individuals as wells as information on the reason behind the interaction between them and the Tigereyes. It is understandable if lack of reports from your incompetent associates in the Tigereye Company keeps you from knowing of these matters but perhaps you could inquire, between their drunken stupors and senseless beatings of innocent citizens, if any of them could elaborate on the matter.

I find your tone insulting and am tempted to pass these letters off to both the Council and your Spellguard superiors. If you've identified a threat in Lower - these 'Tunnel' people then I would urge you to send a full report to us so we can better defend the people from this threat.

While we wonder how long it took you to articulate such a poignant, hate filled jab at our Company based on a vaguely penned letter, I will divulge the truths I have come to know regardless, as I am a professional and am willing to put behind me such impolite writings.

- I frequently patrol the tunnels, as they are often a haven for unsavory folk, and criminal behavior.

- I've discovered as you likely have a locked door in the tunnels, only to find my magical scrolls of "Knock" do nothing to open this area.

If you've any information about the tunnels, feel free to forward us and we will perform a full investigation on the matter. Otherwise, I've not a clue what you're getting at. The fact remains that I have chased many through the tunnels in hot pursuit of an arrest, and I'm certain many more arrests will result in similar chases of that area.
