Its been a week and I have heard nothing from any of you except Rook, who has let his dislike of me get the better of his judgment. It is a great shame that a Councilor would let his emotions dictate his decisions after having left reason by the wayside. Thus does your city rely on you more than ever.

You've three days to deliver a response to my last series of letters before we sever all trade to your city. I believe you ought to ask your advisers what would transpire in the case we are forced to do just that.
