Prince Ghyrrt has dictated that all spellguard agents, associates, and aspirants shall be executed and their bodies fed to the Lords Below. This is the last chance of any of the former to leave their respective organizations before they are culled. Any who fear for their lives and wish to work as informants for Prince Ghyrrt may send a discreet letter to the Montezzi fortress in Maglubiya. This culling will stop only when reperations are paid to Prince Ghyrrt for the cowardly attack of the Spellguard using their drug-ridden spider.

The reperations consist of:

• Agent Symbaern's execution and delivery of the body to the Lords Below
• 10,000 gold delivered to Prince Ghyrrt to recompensate those who fought and died
• A public apology from another agent for the attack
• A public apology from a council member, preferably Dentra, for their ignorance of the attack and a statement that they will watch the spellguard more closely
• A 5% budget cut to the spellguard effective next term to be given to the Orphanage, Masoleum, library, and School of War

It is my hope that we can take time out of our monotonous routine of daily life to have a chat. Your leaders know the power of words, for their words always seem as if they are always laced with truth. They are the annunciation of power, and are for those who give mixed meanings. You sit below Spellguard Tower, avoiding it with your gaze as you go about your daily routine, and forget that freedom was the goal of this city. Yet freedom is not what you have, as the political giants loom over this city, plotting with words to enslave all in this city to their will. The shadowy figures in control, sitting in Spellguard Tower, fight using deceit and daggers in the back, lying to your face while stabbing you in the back. If the crimes of this Order have gone unnoticed by you, I suggest that you let this declaration go unmarked and unappreciated. But if you see, if you truly see the corruption and lies of this order, and squirm in the chains they attempt to shackle you down with, then I urge you to stand beside me in Maglubiya. Together we shall show them the true meaning of freedom, and the true meaning of fear that they lace their lies with. Where once you had freedom and a system of democracy, you now have men in dark suits and darker intentions coercing your conformity.

Many of those who once spoke for the people have been assassinated by the Spellguard. The true defenders were left for the dead, mourned when they could have been brought back had not the Spellguard disposed of their corpses and prevented their message from being heard. Fear got the best of everyone as the Spellguard took over, placing their animatrons instead of loyal watchmen at the gates, and placing ancient technology only they understand as commonplace around the city, and approving only puppets for the highest positions in government and law enforcement.

If you feel as I feel, I urge you to join me down in the realm of Maglubiya, where the Spellguard have no grasp. If you feel as I feel, I urge you to pick up a weapon and fight for your beliefs. Inaction and the waste of potential is the greatest sin those paladins in New Dunwarren could preach to us of.

This is not a political message grasping for followers and making false accusations aimed at the Spellguard.

This is a declaration of war between Maglubiya and the Spellguard.

This day a spellguard associate and House Archibald retainer Cania murdered a citizen of Maglubiya for no apparent reason. Maglubiya has laws, much like Upper Sanctuary, and will enforce them stringently. Prince Ghyrrt has given the Archibalds a day of liesure time before they remove this troublemaker and murderer from their house. Should they fail to remove her from the house, the Archibald Estate will be massacred and everyone in it killed. One citizen in the city will die every day until she is handed over to Prince Ghyrrt in Maglubiya. This can be avoided by removing her from the house, they have a week before they must have her executed or handed over to Lower.

This is no less than what Upper would do if assassins in Maglubiya were attacking people in Upper. Write to House Archibald demanding that they spare the lives of innocents and bring this murderer to justice.
