Perhaps a DM could make a thread -just- for this reason where people can post their status? It would make people less stupid when they come back the next week, and would stop the trumpet blowing that's clogging up the Off-topic thread.

Off topic works just as well as any other forum, no use giving the Dms more crap to clog up their screens with. I'm sure they'd already love to drop twenty or forty ill used forum sections.

Just my two cents. Once I am gainfully employed, I'll prolly stop coming here anyway, so I guess my opinion doesn't matter much. ;)
