on the north shore in the crystal caves, you used to be able to rest by the campfire where the cots are set up.

it seems only logical that one should be able to set camp there, but you cannot. oil flasks no longer work and you can't just rest unless you are a ranger or a druid.

Actually, there is an IC reason for this. There is a really high level NPC that doesn't really want you around. Do her a favor, and you might have better luck.
