I have some across several evil outsider quests and DM events in my Stay here on EFU, and I must say, I would truly enjoy a different turn of events, a scripted quest for those of neutral or moral evil to find themselves an opportunity to smash and crash a good aligned outsider party, nothing epic, maybe a few 'Good aligned' outsiders.
please?

This is the escape from the underdark, I think your looking for pretty pony princess unicorn isle adventure, where celestials actually have a reason to be!

Well, actually, it'd be reasonable to have a quest like this. For example, a mad wizard who binds various outsiders (good and evil alike) to form a powerful army, and you have to pound the hells out of them to stop him from destroying Mur or something.

Can't actually ~bind~ good aligned outsiders I don't think. Only evil. You can summon them and ask their assistance mind you.

I can agree with one thing. An "evil" quest would be a pretty neat quest to run. Kobolds hire adventurers to steal babies or something.
A quest that was based on stealth and distraction would be a cool quest too. Something not hack'n'slash.

It's an interesting idea, and I think it would be fun to have alternate quests that challenge the morality of the characters in some way.
There are far better ways to go about it though Thomas. The tone of your suggestion comes across as abrupt and rude to me, and that's not really necessary. I think you'll get much more reasoned responses for things like this from the DM's if you make the request in a calm, logical and polite manner. Seriously.

This is actually something that's been bugging me lately. A good character can do pretty much any quest without defying the IC logic of his character, but it isn't so for the evil player. A good example is the "New Slave in Town" basic quest- any morally-decent PC has a good reason to help her, but an evil character is likely to not be altruistic enough to justify doing the quest IC. Some evil quests would be pretty cool.

We have quests good-aligned PCs really could not justifiably do.

Hmm. Now that I think about it, Howland is right. I wasn't thinking of them, one really REALLY cool on in particular.

You can bind any outsider.

I am saying that it will be a certain change of pace from the usual, "Oh, evil imp! SMASH!" And the helpful outsiders lending your an epic sword etc...
I mean, underdark, evil, evil, evil place. A place where good aligned outsiders might defend the tomb of a fallen knight...

I could think of a few options for Evil.
Lawful Evil: I will release you from those shackles only if you submit to the service of *insert faction/evil power here*!
Chaotic Evil: Erm... I don't know, chop her hands off to release her and laugh about it?
Could those work?

Only if the second option is scripted to arrest you...

Could be interesting. A very severe case of "trading gold for experience" for the fine. There's nothing that says a quest can't have a stupid option that makes things worse, is there?

Kobolds hire adventurers to steal babies or something.
Link.Anyway, new interesting quests are always neat, especially if they come with a moral restriction. I'm aware that there are some quests that lean to good or evil already, but more wouldn't hurt. These type of quests are sometimes good at giving a spark to some fun RP interaction. There are plenty of quests around as it is though, so I'd personally rather see the time making this quest used for something else.

I can think of a quest where you specifically kill a few good aligned outsiders, and butcher an entire good aligned party to keep them from doing something.
I can also think of several quests taged "evil party only" which I haven't actually done yet. So these quests are certantly IG

Except a neutral character that kills good aligned beings is not neutral, but evil.

It always helps to have a good reputation.
Evil pcs can do pretty much every quest they want for pretty much any reason, but neutral and good pcs can't. This is the advantage of moral flexibility.
