Agents and Watchmen,

Too long have we operated independently of each other for independent goals and objectives. Based upon the signficant threat posed to us by House Montezzi, and raiders, I would suggest that we collectively return to our duties within the original Civil Defence Act. More specifically, I would suggest that we establish a Civil Defense Agency threat working group to discuss threats posed to Sanctuary’s interests. If you have the personnel to spare, I would ask for a single representative from each of our groups, to meet regularly to discuss collective operations. One matter in particular demanding attention now is House Montezzi.
