letter to the Seekers

I want my stuff back.

I was hired to fetch a cloak. I fought through hundreds of reptiles and undead only to see some Seekers, coming toward me and talking about how i was the Competition. Clearly I had to defend myself.

Had I wished to use lethal force, some of you would be dead. Had I not been weary in body and mind from a long battle alone, you would've all been tied up whilst I went to fetch the cloak I was sent for. Then, I would've let you free on my way out.

Instead, fortune favored you and I was fallen. Some of you wanted to murdur me. Some of you robbed me. I will ask this once, nicely, for the stolen things to be returned.

to help you out, a list :

One ring of Fortune One Duergar Golden amulet One Cloak of Feathers One book of prayers to Ilmater One helmet of devils

20 potions of Haste 15 potions of Shielding 30 potions of Barkskin One potion of Accuracy One potion of Void 20 potions of lesser Insulation One potion of Shapechange

12,000 gold coins

These things can be delivered to me in Lower, by the elf who was the sole one to argue in favor of not killing me. If they are not, rest assured I will regard you all in future as scum and brigands and enemies. And I will not be alone next encounter.

-Sange

Sange,

Be thankful you have your life, we do not take kindly to bandits attacking us in our travels. You may yet have your ill-gotten goods returned. We are in the midst of discussing the process.

In the meantime, I suggest you REPENT

Seeker Caluadra

None of my goods were ill gotten. Don't forget my Sorcerors ring

Sange

Brigand,

You assaulted our folk, and paid the price. Shaundakul's own brand of poetic justice that Hoar would be in awe of. You sought to steal from us, and in the process lost much.

You should be happy you left alive, traveller's bane. If it was up to me, I would have removed your head at your shoulders, and tossed your body into the Chasm.

Do not dare make demands of us, after you lost your equipment due to your own folly.

- Alexander Ershar

Sange,

I will not allow my good name to suffer the slander of a cretinous brigand, so I shall set the matter straight. You must have endured some significant trauma in your attempt to murder my colleagues and me if you did not comprehend my efforts to argue in favor of sparing you. I spoke extensively of the forgiveness of the Morninglord, and the chance that you were given to set yourself upon the proper path.

That said, had I known you were an agent of Prince Montezzi, I would have been quite vocal with my support of severing all ties you had with this plane. I would not remain overly sanguine about seeing a single coin of your ill-begotten wealth, no doubt earned by spilling the best and bravest blood of the noble men who resisted your master's rule. Your nebulous threat is ill-considered, and before you rally a posse of ignoble malefactors, know that my compatriots and I insist on dealing proactively with serpents of all kinds.

Pray to Lathander, Sange.
