The Shadow Tribe merchent still has the 'no store' problem, and sometimes for no IC reason, the Kuo-Toan merchent is missing completely.

Not sure if it's a bug, but it's one I noticed.

The Kobold is a bug, the kuo-toa removed for balance issues.

Oh, is he removed from the game, or just only available randomly?

He'll be around when the DMs fix his store.
