It is my belief that all persons deserve equal opportunity to worship the Great Shadow Death. Why reserve his reverance to only one half of the people here? There is no reason for it. To this end, I will be proposing that both upper and lower be allowed to serve the Great Wyrm equally. I would hope that such legislation would have your support and invite you to sit in on the meeting concerning it, to voice your own opinion on the matter.
