No deities in the Orcish pantheon support Druids. All of them are focussed on combat, killing, tactics and trickery or strength. Though, if we were so inclined, Yurtrus' and Luthic's dogma could be interpreted in a Naturalistic slant.

However, some Orcs in The Silver Marches & High Forest worship Malar, who does support Druids.
